L-Theanine and 5-HTP are key factors in your enhanced mood and increased energy. 

L-Theanine is a versatile nutrient that increases alertness and energy without causing the jittery feelings of caffeine.  It crosses the blood-brain barrier to get into the brain faster, resulting in energy and alertness.
